I hurt my back really bad thanks to moving a big, heavy, wood buffet upstairs yesterday, then I proceeded to spend 4+ hours hunched over painting it. I can barely move. Everything I do hurts, no matter how small the task... which means that I can't do ANYTHING today. I have to sit here in pain. I have a billion other things to do. Stuff that I NEED to do. UGH.... the last thing I want right now is to be forced to sit still. Think about stuff. Think about people. Think about everything. But I have no choice... UGH. :o\
